It's red month over at the RSC, so I cut into some red scraps for another Circle of Squares block. These squares are leftovers from some of the 150 Canadian Women blocks.
Here are all the 15 blocks made to date. Looks like I need to add in some darker blocks (dark green, navy, brown, etc).

Your Circle of Squares blocks look great together! I love all the different background fabrics. Thanks for the link to the pattern.
I love these circle of squares blocks that you are doing - I don't remember did you make up this block design or did you find it some place?
Those blocks all look great!
These are always my favorite blocks to get a peek of! I especially like how you matched the backgrounds to the square colors.
The Circle of Squares blocks are so delightful and unusual. They’re looking wonderful as a collection and will make a cute, happy and whimsical quilt!
This is getting more and more interesting, Kathy.
So pretty all together. I'm hoping dark green comes up next month... but will have to wait and see what Angela picks.
Your circle of squares blocks are all lovely.
are you making more than one every month? they are cute.
Pretty blocks, your quilt is going to be fantastic!
Those blocks are looking good! Enjoy your sewing time. Here's hoping that you have a PIECEFUL weekend!!
These look beautiful. I think the three colors you mentioned are the ones that are left in Angela’s list that she put out at the beginnng of the year. Great minds!
Fun blocks. I feel like singing Ring Around the Rosie for some reason.
Love this pattern of block. Hope your weekend is relaxing and full of sewing.
Those circle blocks are such fun. They are going to make a gorgeous quilt.
Such a nice variety of red fabrics. So nice that they are from a special project.
All the blocks together have a very airy feel! Like soap bubbles rising to the sky :) I really love that block and enjoyed making a quilt with it a few years ago.
