I started this quilt last July with Bonnie Hunter's leader-ender challenge and made 4" scrappy blocks each month following the colours announced at the Rainbow Scrap Challenge.

Love those fussy cut blocks! I typed "fussy cute" at first, and that's actually a good phrase for these :)
I have followed your blog for quite a while now. Love all the scrappy quilts you make. You make so many... what do you do with them? 💐
Wow, that is a lot of little blocks!
I love all the little blocks!
I started Shoo Fly Shoo, but wasn’t happy with them. I think my scraps made ugly shoo fly block! I am trying Easy Breezy this year! I hope I like them better!
Good thing you really like working with such small blocks. This will be a treasure. PS the link to Small Quilts doesn't link.

Yea! It looks like a finish is in your near future. I like the shoe fly but didn't participate. But I've started Easy Breezy at 6". I'm done with itty bitty blocks. (although, honestly, I know 4" really isn't itty bitty!)
Such happy and cute blocks! I didn’t join last year’s leader—ender as it was just too small for me, but jumped in on Easy Breezy. So simple and triangle free.
Those fussy cut blocks are so cute...I just love scrap quilts...so much variety and look how the placement of fabrics changes the blocks!
Super scrappy = Super fun, Kathy!!
Wonderful Shoo Fly flimsy! I love the fussy cut blocks. Still working on mine.
What a great looking quilt top! Such a classic, pleasing block in these colors.:)
Oh, they sparkle! Do you set a quota for each of the monthly colors?
So, so cute! Love the fussy-cuts!
This is fabulous, Kathy! It's amazing how you can make the same block in different fabrics and it comes out looking like something completely different. Your Shoo Fly blocks sparkle like jewels; and the fussy cut centers are fabulous!
Wow you must have so much patience it looks lovely.
Great Shoo Fly blocks! I love it when people just use the leader/ender challenge as REAL leader/enders! I love how the blocks are so different but still a Shoo Fly. Great job!
So fun! I really like how you vary contrast and fabric to get some different shapes/looks sprinkled here and there. Great way to use some fussy cuts, too.
So many interesting fabrics. You have a great collection gathered from friends and your own stash I like the maple leaf fabric block. So representative of your country.
Love your small size Shoo Fly blocks, they look amazing!
