I'm pretty happy with the 6 quilts I've finished in the first 2 months of 2019 and hope this finishing trend continues. 3 of the finishes are from the official UFO list (on the right sidebar), and 3 were started within the last year so they never even made it to the UFO list.
For this month I'm going to challenge myself with 2 tasks - one from the official UFO list and one is a more recent project:
Goal #1) From the UFO list, I will locate (which will be a job in and of itself!) Scrap Dance Tango from 2016 and get it to the pin basting stage. I'm not sure where it is, or if it needs borders, and will organize a backing and batting for it. I really like this quilt and want it finished, because Carole is starting a new mystery for us and I'd like to finish the previous ones!
Goal #2) Finish Secret Santa which was the Temecula mystery started in October of last year. I already have a backing for this quilt and it is a manageable goal to get a batting, pin baste, quilt and bind this project in the month of March.
What are your quilting goals for March? Are you joining in the goal setting link up over at One Monthly Goal?

Your Secret Santa quilt is adorable. I so wish I had made this. Love your use of the striped fabric.
love that quilt with the tiny blocks - I saved the pattern - when will I make it lol - I need to make a list of all patterns I want to make and keep it handy so I don't forget them!
I need a March Finish!! February was not a good month for my "Betsy". I hear her crying in my basement. Gotta go Quilt something Fabulous. I made a Borgoine Surrounded as a Mystery once. Wonder what happened to it??
Great finishes. I adore the striped fabric you used in this quilt, really makes it your own. I too, put a few of my projects onto my "must finish" list. I retreated in Feb and its a great set up for putting on binding. Big tables. So I got 3 pieces completely finished by end of Feb plus a small piece that went to a donation cause.
I think it's wonderful that you have managed 6 finishes in 2 months! I have started the Secret Santa quilt myself, but it is still sitting in pieces.
Great going on your finishes! Love that Secret Santa top!
Maybe I should set a March goal...seems I need incentive though...but I will see which UFO screams the loudest to be finished!!
Lovely quilt top. Thanks for linking up with Elm Street Quilts One Monthly goal and good luck with your project!
I'm anxious to see how you quilt yours. I'm clueless as to how to proceed with the quilting. How to quilt always leaves me scratching my head.
Just gorgeous! A quilter brought her version into Scrap Club, and it is a darling little quilt!
