And I want to make it special for you too, so I am having an Easter giveaway for one of my lucky blog readers.
I made this tabletopper to give as a "thank you for reading my blog" gift. It is 8 1/2" and is made from 3D bowtie blocks. It used up
I really liked the way the quilting made the bowties pop up!
You can put a candle in the middle and use it as a candlemat.
Or you can use it as a jar mat and put all your little jars on top of it...you know, the tiny jars that you use for storing dog ears and buttons?
(Thanks to Nancy for donating these cute jars for my collection!)
It doesn't come with the easter eggs because unfortunately, they are all eaten now :)
Just leave a comment and I'll enter your name in the draw.
Happy Easter!

Awww - too cute! What a great way to use up the itty bitty scraps. Happy Easter!
The plaids are so cute in your table topper. I also force my sons to participate in Easter activities.
Happy Easter
Hi Kathy,
What a kind idea, to have a gift for Easter.
Keep up the Easter Egg Hunt. We started again, when my neice and nephews were very young and our grandchildren started arriving. On Good Friday there were twenty-one of us for the hunt and lunch. My husband and I hide just over 300 plastic eggs with chocolate in them on our property. The kids all look forward to coming and some are now bringing girl/boyfriend. My twenty-five year old niece said it wouldn't be Easter without coming to our home. When she has children she will have to give up hunting. That is the rule one of her brothers made. Everyone brings food. Our egg hunters range in age from five to twenty-five and we have my sister-in-law's mother who is eighty-eight too. So we have all generations. It was a great day. Hope you have a great Easter too.

Happy Easter to you, too. Your little table topper is really cute. Thanks for a chance to win it.
Happy Easter to you. very nice table topper. when my kids were younger and the older cousins did not want to participate.what we did was. the kids would find their eggs. we would give out little prizes for the most found or who found the most of one color.. then they would hide the eggs for the adults.. all the adults would be out findins the eggs it made it fun for the kids.
I gave up the Easter Egg hunt when I got too many grandchildren and moved away from where most of them live. I'd like to win something today. Thanks for sharing!
Love the plaids!
Love your blog. I read on a regular basis and love to hear and see what you are up to.
That little table-topper is so cute! If you're willing to mail potential winnings to the UK, I'd love to be in the draw :)
Hope you had a happy Easter. The annual egg hunt at Grandma's is a big deal in my husbands family. This was the first year kiddo didn't hunt, but she helped the littest ones.
Love the table topper and your ideas for use. Our land doesn't really have good hiding places, so we hide the eggs inside to keep it interessting for the little ones.
Cute topper!
Very sweet topper, Kathy. Love the 'quilter's jelly jars'. :-)
Hi Kathy
My daughter is away at university writing exams so she won't be home until next weekend. We are having a visit from the bunny on Saturday so she can hunt for eggs.
