I'm very excited to be working on a quilt binding today. It's my favourite relaxing, "no brainer" hand stitching activity.
I have finished the quilting on my March UFO and hope to have it finished by the end of the week. I attached the binding to the back of the quilt so that the design on the red and white fabric could rest on the edge of the binding on the front. I'll be hand stitching it to the front of the quilt today while I watch a few episodes of "A Place to Call Home".
We hope you will share your hand stitching project with us below. What do you watch on TV or listen to on the radio while you are stitching? Do you have some recommendations for us?

I love no-brainer stitching too! Happy stitching.
A finished quilt is a good excuse to start a new project...right!!! Working on a project that I set aside for a few months and it just needs to be finished!!
Binding is a great activity for binge watching your favorite shows. Hope you get in lots of stitching today.
binding for me today as well
I loved that series, I wish they would make more episodes! I don't have any binding this week, but maybe soon, it is my favorite hand work too.
I love your use of stripes throughout this project!
I got my binding done yesterday for the All About Strings Blog Hop starting tomorrow. Today I need to get my Flourishes block wrapped up. Only have 20 or more leaves, and I can call that done. We have been watching something called In Plain Sight, about the witness protection program, and also The Umbrella Academy on Netflix I think.
It is relaxing to sew the closing edge. Enjoy your stitching! :-)
I love no brainer stitching, however, I need to keep all my wits about me at this stage. :) I am currently watching Manhunt on Acorn, and After Life on Netflix. Enjoying them and also loved A Place to Call Home.
So relaxing to sew the binding. I love a Place to Call Home. I hope they have another series soon in NZ
