Welcome to the regular weekly practice of relaxing with some hand stitching! We encourage you to join us... all you have to do is take a deep breath, find your hand stitching project and put in some stitches.
I have another tea towel embroidery in the hoop today. This is another fun pattern from the Stitcher's Revolution series. I am enjoying some outdoor stitching time by the river, soaking up all the last vestiges of summer.
Link up your blog post below and share your slow progress with us.

That spot by the river looks a fabulous place to sit and enjoy the last of summery days and stitch a little. Enjoy!
Snap!!! I've been working on a Stitcher's Revolution tea towel design as well. They are such fun stitcheries to do, aren't they.
Have fun embroidering today! Summer has flown past too fast, I'm going to try to take time to enjoy autumn before the dreary days of winter arrive. Happy stitching!
All your tea towels are pretty. Enjoy this Slow Sunday Stitching by the river.
Karon Waddell’s saying is perfect for the Slow Sunday Stitchers!
I am not able to add my link, the FollowIt snags my InLinkz login and tries to sign me up for emails. I cannot get to the Add Link for the link up. I don't understand why the FollowIt keeps coming up.
I love those Stitcher's Revolution designs! And to stitch by the river with the lovely sound of water flowing by would be such a treat. Enjoy!
What a lovely stitching spot. I've been enjoying your 'stitcher's revolution' tea towels. So fun.
I will sort through my box of orange pieces for star blocks and cut more 2.5 inch squares - if the weather is nice for porch weather I will be out there a lot today too with the knitting or something!
Beautiful place to sit and stitch. Your tea towels are such fun!
Water and greenery to enjoy while stitching--lovely. We are parched here in SoCal but not currently on fire...
Kathy, you sound like you have the perfect day planned . Sunshine, river view and a piece of handwork- you can not beat that. Enjoy your day, dear and thank you for hosting the link party.
Hi Kathy,
I really like how you took your picture...looks lovely.
Have a great stitching day!
