Blocks for On Ringo Lake are still in development in my sewing room. Here is the current assortment on the design wall. Over half of the blocks have been constructed and I'm adding the connecting corners on the blue squares of these finished blocks. It's very relaxing sewing and it's a great way to start off the week!
On Friday night when I hosted the FNSI gang, Sandy brought her finished mystery quilt top to share with us ... just look at this!!! Isn't it gorgeous?!?! This is the original design that Bonnie Hunter created. Amazing!

I like your colorway for ORL. It's been fun to see the variations for this design.
I really like the direction your ORL is taking. Both in color and layout. I think it is one of my favorites!
Good to see progress on making your ORL blocks. Sandy's is bright and colorful. I have borders to add to mine between coughing fits! I finally fixed all those out of place sashings.
Love how you are putting it together. The blues are great! I didn't do the mystery this year. I'll live through others like yours. Thanks!
Two very different looks coming from the same design. Love them both.
This is a mystery that I wasn't sure I would like, but the reveal left me wishing I had made it. :)
I guess I am partial, but your colors are more calmer and pleasing to me. Anyone who made this quilt in the short time and all the cutting etc, deserves a Medal!!!!!
I've been the little engine that could on my On Ringo Lake. It's a lot of sewing! The colors that your friend is using is really striking! Can't wait to see yours all together. =)
