November and December are for "finishing" Rainbow Scrap Challenge quilts. I have "a few" RSC projects that need finishing! At the top of the list is the Knot blocks which were pieced 5 years ago.
Well guess what?
Those blocks are now sewn into a quilt top!
Woohoo!
I debated about the cornerstones quite a bit, but decided to keep them and think it gives the quilt top a bit of a 3D effect. I also debated about a border and the quilt decided it didn't want borders. So the next task is pin basting and then on to quilting. Is it possible that this quilt might get finished in 2017?!?
To see what other RSC quilters are working on, hop over to the weekly linkup.

Looks terrific! What a great quilt top! Can’t wait to see how you are going to quilt it...
Always good to put another flimsy into the finish column. So doable to get it quilted. You can still have time for the Quiltville Mystery, lol
That's turned out lovely!
It's amazing. Fabulous quilt
I like the simple pattern - the colors are vibrant and nice! Good job!
I like the cornerstones and loves the knots this is a lovely quilt.
looks great!
Nice quilt!
Good girl for getting it all together...what a beautiful quilt!! I need to do the same myself, LOL!!!
Those blocks are a lot of fun, and I love how you've put them together! It always feels good to move a project along!
That is so pretty.
I really like this one. I need to pick a RSC project with bigger blocks. I never seem to get anywhere near a finish. And then there are all those BH leaders and enders that bog me down. Still working on split nine patches.

Wonderful quilt! I. LIKE.
Your knots look great! You give me hope that I will someday get my rainbow blocks set into a top too. ;-)
Such a fun finish! I think the cornerstones work together with the sashing to create a shimmer effect.
Great job getting a top all done. I like the cornerstones.
Love the cornerstones - they give it a lacy effect!
It's beautiful! Love those subtle cornerstones. This may be my block for the 2018 RSC.
Your combination of sashing fabrics works really well. It does have a nice 3-D effect. Congrats on getting this one to the finished flimsy stage.
I think you can do it! Go, Kathy, Go!
