En Provence Update

This is the current status of my version of the mystery quilt En Provence. The pattern will be disappearing on February 1st so I really want to get it mostly done by then, which is less than 2 weeks away.
Most of these pieces are sewn in rows so that I can shift everything one block to the left, hanging the left side of the quilt off the design wall so there will be room to work on the 3rd column on the right. Some of the block pieces for that column are pinned on the right side. Clearly I need a bigger design wall!
All the block components are made, organized and counted, and I have everything this quilt needs to be finished except the border 4 patches. It just might be possible to finish by the end of January.

Very nice. You are making good progress. Will you be quilting her by hand or machine? Enjoy your stitching! villacrestfarm@gmail.com

Its taking shape and coming along nicely. I'm still working on my also. Hoping to get it finished sometime this week. I set out to finish it yesterday, sewed all day and still this monster isn't complete.

I am really impressed with how well your colors are working together. Especially the light green squares surrounding the main stars. And I love your stripes too!

It is hard to believe that you are already to this stage with the mystery, considering all of the other great projects you have been stitching along the way. : ) It is gorgeous!!

I'm getting there, too. My nine blocks are done and sashing added to four of them. I'm working in sections instead of rows so I'm going to add the border pieces to the sections than sew into columns, then finish it up. I leave for FL on the 31st, so I may not get it finished, but I have enough done that I don't need the pattern.

Mine is put together except for the final 4-patch Border. I may add a solid fabric border also. Just to have something to pin onto the Leaders on my Quilt machine. Maybe a Curvy Border again. That was fun last year. I like your Planned Scrappy pink stars.

I know what you mean. I have slept in my bed since Saturday because En Provence is on my bed, aka design wall. 2 rows left, maybe Wednesday?
