The Temecula sew along letters are on the design wall today. It has been interesting to learn another way to sew letter blocks. I have sewn other letter quilts before using Tanya's method (see one here and here) but the Temecula letters are more structured and less "liberated".
A sew along is such a "no stress" method of making a quilt - just a couple of easy blocks every week, and before you know it, I will have a baby quilt to give away. You can see the layout of what the quilt will look like here.
I am using Vicki Welsh hand dyed fabrics for the letters and they are divine to sew with. The backgrounds are a variety of black dots on white.

Interesting! I will have to go check them out!
I like your rainbow letters!
It is fun to see everyone's little letters popping up every where. Love the little dotty backgrounds with the brights.
Great colors and fabrics for your little alphabet!
I think your choice of polka dots for the backgrounds give wonderful personality to this quilt!
This is going to be a fun, fun quilt! Love the bright letters.
I really like your letters!
Fun letters. It will be a bright baby quilt when it's all done.
