Welcome to Slow Sunday Stitching where we make time to slow down our lives, to breathe deeply, to pick up a needle and thread, and take some slow stitches. The fall weather has been extraordinary here and I have enjoyed many long walks in the forest which is good for your soul.
Also good for you soul is finishing a miniature quilt, hand stitching the binding while sitting in the sun. The weather here was glorious in October, even more so when we know that the cold and snowy weather will soon be coming.
I started another new little embroidery pattern, but I don't know who designed this block. Does anyone recognize it so I can give credit where credit is due?

That looks like a sweet little design to stitch! I have used thread conditioner for my thread, but not consistently. I'll have to look for a new container of it. I'm going to start the Autumn embroidery mystery from Days Filled With Joy today. Have a lovely day stitching, Kathy!

I didn't know about thread conditioner, will have to look for it.
I've never used thread conditioner, but I know I have a block of beeswax somewhere, which I have heard can be used as well. Enjoy your Sunday.
I do use thread conditioner. I have some Thread Heaven from a long time ago. It lasts forever! Sometimes I have misplaced it, and in a pinch, used plain, not Cherry chapstick. Mine is mostly beeswax, so I’ve never had an issue. My floss and thread is showing it’s age, so thread conditioner is a must! I’m going to look for The Thread Potion, because I need to have some in every project bag.
Lovely autumn photo. It's very mild here in the uk too. I don't use a thread conditioner but I like the sound of it, especially if it stops the thread from knotting!

Cute little embroidery. We too have at long last been having some Autumn weather. I have used thread conditioner for some of my crazy quilt threads.
I have never heard about thread conditioner like that, only some bee wax kind made for machine quilting. Very interesting. Enjoy the nice temperatures and the beautiful colors of your Autumn. Cute new embroydery. Happy stitching, Kathy.
