Scrappy Saturday

It's orange month at RSC.
I am sewing the Alamo star blocks that I cut out at the beginning of the month. They are leader/ender pieces between other seams I am sewing (mostly for the Scrap Vortex).
To see what other quilters are making with their orange scraps, hop over to SoScrappy.

  3. Do you ever wish you could go back and buy yards of any of the batik scraps you have? I find myself wishing that occasionally as I work with my scraps.

  4. I really enjoy your use of the color orange. I don't have much orange, it is not my favourite color. But the way you used it is really nice.

  6. I'd have to skip the month with Orange. Not a color I have a lot of. It's will fit in with your other Alamo stars great though. The Vortex is getting closer to done, I hope.

  10. I always have to remind myself how small they are. Or should I say tiny?

  11. Your Alamo Stars look great in orange! You inspired me to make those little blocks as Christmas ornaments a couple of years ago. You may have inspired me to try 'em in RSC colors.
