Here's my finished quilt top on the design wall:
I added the garden tools border (it is the 4th border in which extends from top to bottom and side to side) because I wanted to make it bigger without sewing more blocks. It now measures 52" square.

The best thing besides quilting through the Superbowl was watching the commercials. My favorite one this year was the Budweiser commercial!
Happy Groundhog Day! I'm guessing that the groundhog will not be seeing his shadow today, which means spring is right around the corner!

I don't think the groundhog could even get out of his hole here! Lots of snow this morning! snow day -sew day! looks like you had a fun and productive Superbowl party!
What a great quilt. I really like the pattern.
I saw you and the gal's quilts over on Kris' site yesterday - love how you get together for these. The groundhog can't even get out here - we woke up to 14" of snow and it is still coming.
Your mystery quilt turned out very cute. : )
Very overcast day here, with rain to come. No shadows for any neighborhood groundhogs.
Fog as far as the eye can see here. Glad you got to spend the day quilting with friends.
Wonderful quilt! Love your fabric and borders.
I like this quilt and it certainly looks like it would piece out quickly. I am ready for Spring...hope it is right around the corner. Thanks for sharing your Design wall.
Lovely little quilt you got. I agree with Maxine. I always root the Clydesdale too !!
Your Superbowl party sounds like so much fun!!! I need to remember that one year when Don is out of town :) And working on a small mystery would be perfect, especially when doing it together. My favorite SB commercials are always the Budweiser ones - tugs my heart strings every time!!!
Very fun quilt!
Hi Kathy! Next year I'm going to have to remember the Super Bowl mystery quilt. I looked at all the quilts. It's so interesting to see what fabric everyone chose. I really love yours. I'm glad I was able to download the pattern. It will make a great baby quilt.
That Budweiser commercial almost needed a hanky!
