Design Wall Monday

I have started my "Quilt Pattern of the Month" (QPOM) for my local quilt guild. Here are the first few blocks on the design wall.
It's an easy pattern (by Jackie Syer) this month using a charm pack and a solid fabric for the middle "stick". It is the perfect project to sew during my post-Christmas recovery, since it requires very little brain power or organization!

Very pretty. I like all the warm colors, perfect for sewing when it's cold and dreary out.

I have seen this pattern several times and think it will go well with some charm squares I have

Nice and easy is perfect for this time of year. Your design wall looks great!

Nice. I wonder what it would look like if one of the halves was switched with another block in the same colour family. I suppose you trimmed all the blocks.

Simple yet striking. It will be a lovely quilt.

What a fun quilt this will be! I love easy, not much thinking required patterns. This would be fun to do with my bin full of random 5" squares.

I really like this--interesting, but simple. Needs to go on my "someday" list!
