Plaid Beauty

I did it! I got all my plaid blocks sewn together into a quilt top before the end of the month!

This was a tricky quilt top to sew together.
Just look at this mess of seams and blocks!  It was very easy to get the blocks twisted around, and I'm still not 100% sure that I have them all oriented correctly, so if you see a block out of place, please tell me :)

  7. Amazing! Lots and lots of concentration to get all those blocks in the right direction. I love the little 4-patches in the larger 4-patches. I don't think I've seen that done before. Nice job!

  9. This is truly a beauty, and congratulations on getting it done. Every time I'm at Goodwill, I buy a few more plaid shirts. So far, all I'm doing is collecting, with no specific plans in mind, other than I know I need to get more light ones.
This pattern is definitely going on my list of quilts to make. I love the way you controlled the colors, and I love the little 4-patches you scattered here and there.

Great job getting your UFO's finished off this year. I've yet to finish anything old this year.
