The colour of the month for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge is PINK. The block I picked to make each month is called "Knot MY Block" and the pattern is from the Quiltmaker 100 blocks magazine volume #3. There is a total of 69 pieces in the 12" block, and the best part is that it uses up 56 little 1.5" scraps of one colour!
I am really happy with how my pink block turned out. It has more variation in the value of the colour than the red or green blocks did.

This block is really neat! I love how your colors move from light to dark.
The blue and green quilt in your header is really pretty, too. Must go look at it again.
Great color arrangement. I'm also working with 1.5" squares this year - are we completely crazy??
It is very well done! I always appreciated those gradation blocks...never felt I could quite pull it off. Nice job~
:-}pokey
Your block looks good. I like that little daisy print. You colour graduation looks good.
Lovely block, like how your colors move dark to light.
I agree with some of your other comments I think the colour graduation looks really good. Lovely block!
So pretty! I like your color planning and the way it makes your eye follow the knot :)
Perfectly pink!
Pretty in pink!!!! I love the gradation - not something I could accomplish. Take a bow, Kathy!
Kathy I'm loving this block. Each time you post it I think to myself that I should make this. Could you post all your knot blocks together? I'd love to see them side by side.
This block is just gorgeous, love the variety of pinks, beautifully done!!!!
You've got a wonderful mix of pink to red. Love it! And, I agree about this one being the best of the ones you've done so far.
You have such a great mix of pinks in your block. I'm liking this block very much! Also, loving all the pink projects on the go :)
Great variety of pinks in your block! The arrangement is perfect. Love the background fabric too. Thanks for joining in again.
Kathy, this block is so pretty, I might just have to give it a try.
I've loved the blocks in each color, but I admit that this pink one does have more personality. Just beautiful the way you have shaded it.
Very pretty in pink - I love the variation in the values too!
Kathy, I LOVE the blue/green quilt in your blog masthead and when I try to PIN it to Pinterest it isn't available to pin...sigh...so inspiring, I would love to be able to in it. I'm in love with the pattern you used and the colors...of course I would make it "my own" but what an inspiration quilt!!!
Looking good...I am so excited to see all these Scrappy quilts come together!
