Don't you just love it when you have all the pieces cut out and ready to sew?
That's my favorite quilting moment and here it is captured for Step #3 of Bonnie's mystery. I have sewn a group of 4 pieces to see if they are going to work and I'm happy with it so far.
Now, if only I had lots of time to sew the other 188 units.
But Christmas Eve is two weeks away and I haven't bought a single gift...not one! Yikes! Better step away from the sewing machine and get shopping. Okay...I'll just sew up a couple more blocks first!

This quilt is coming along great - I love your fabric choices.
I have my fabrics picked out and washed but I have not had time to start this quilt yet. I am using blue, orange and brown with a light background. I am busy finishing off some Christmas gifts at the moment. I love your colours! I know how hard it is to step away from the sewing machine...
I like watching you make the quilt so I can work on other things. I have not done any shopping either. This is the latest I have ever left it.

I really love that step too. I like to see the little stacks of potential there. Your blocks are turning out so nicely! I am on step 4, very slowly...
