On the design wall today is my unfinished Bats and Boos project. I am still working on the centre star block.
In the meantime, I have been snooping around blogland and found these Bats and Boos quilts to inspire me to finish mine:
Pat Sloan (scroll down to see her cool border)
Scrapatches (added ghosts and witch hats)
Buffalo Flatts Quilt Co (made the quilt and the cross stitch!)
Dream Quilt Create (with a cute fussy cut centre square)
Linking up to Design Wall Monday
There were so many cute variations to this quilt. I love how mine turned out, but also kind of wish I had done something more creative with the border after seeing some others. I love your fabrics, and can't wait to see how you finish it.
ReplyDeleteThose are fun bats and pumpkins. I’m afraid I’m too lazy to do seasonal quilts this year!
ReplyDeleteThat is such a cute quilt!
ReplyDeleteYour bats and boos quilt turned out great. I haven't started mine yet.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the links, that was fun.

Your Bats and Boos quilt is looking good. I love this pattern. Thank you for linking to my version on my blog. I am quilting it now ... ;) Pat
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fall project.
ReplyDeleteA very fun Halloween quilt. I appreciated all the links (I know that can be a great deal of work to find and link them all). Each variation had its own charm. I especially like the bat block.
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy,
ReplyDeleteYour Halloween quilt turned out great - and just in time for use this fall. It was fun looking at all the other versions too. Thanks for joining the Design Wall Mondays linky party. Hugs, Judy
Love this!
