Blog hopping can be dangerous when you have a quilting addiction... kind of like an alcoholic having a picnic at the liquor store. I hopped over to The Thread and I and found Susan working on a summer quilt along hosted by Temecula Quilt Co. How could I resist a new project with cute 4" star blocks?!? I think my "startitis" is flaring up again!!!
But it's "Friday Night Sew-In" tonight and I need something to work on, right?!? LOL
(Please don't mention that July is almost half over and I haven't even taken my July UFO project out of it's box!!)
Treat yourself to a relaxing evening of summer sewing, join us at FNSI, and enjoy Friday the 13th!!
I would be in the divorce court if I stitched on a Friday night, but I have started treating myself to a Friday afternoon in my sewing room. A great start to the weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love your new blog heading! It was beautiful when I saw it in person when you spoke to the Vittoria Guild.
ReplyDeleteStartitis! OMGoodness; it's spreading dear! I was infected a few days ago. If you ever find a cure, let me know :) It'd be nice if it was in the form of a UFObiotic.
ReplyDeleteAnd July isn't QUITE half over {{technically, you have another day-n-a-half since there are 31 days in July}} :P
"Startitis" is caused by all of the "enablers". Going to the Sister's quilt show made me want to start something new, but I am resisting. 4" blocks kinda make me think that is too small of pieces...
