I haven't updated the progress on the Blockheads quilt for a couple of weeks. I have been working on it in small bits of time and here are all my blocks on the design wall. Block #24 was posted last week, so I'm just a tad behind with 22 finished blocks.
Block #16 |
I wanted to make a Canadian flag in honour of the 150th birthday of Canada this year, and my friend found these tiny little maple leaves that I fussy cut and appliqued onto the flags.
They are just as big as a thumb nail!
Block #23 |
I also finished block #23 called Winnecone Star. It was fast and easy.
I am still working on block #22 which is the appliqued bird house, and will soon get working on block #24 released last week.
