From Quiltville of course! |
I am just popping in quickly today to ask you.... did you see that Bonnie Hunter has posted the fabric requirements for the her upcoming mystery - Celtic Solstice? I think I have done almost every mystery that Bonnie has posted on her blog, and am looking forward to sewing this one too. My Swoon scraps are going to be in it for sure. We have lots of time to collect the fabrics as the mystery doesn't actually start until the end of November.
I did see that and I'm looking forward to my second mystery. I guess I better get Easy Street quilted in the next couple of weeks!
ReplyDeleteI was so excited about the reveal! I AM swapping out 2 colors though, being brave, as I did swap out 2 yrs ago and it backfired on me, this time I think I'll be okay, all primary colors so what can go wrong? I'm doing the smaller one too btw
ReplyDeleteI think I have learned my lesson. I have completed Orca Bay and have the top done for Easy Street. Love her mysteries but so many pieces.Good luck and I will watch and see how it goes along and you never know I may start it later!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty stack of fabric! I had to do a double take when I read the small type - that does not look like Bonnie's fabric at all!
ReplyDeleteGot my binder ready. I've already printed the fabric requirements, hole punched and inserted. I think I need more green and orange. On the fence over which size to do. Easy Street is so large I don't know how I'll get it basted, can't see doing one any bigger.
ReplyDeleteThis will be the first one of hers. I am so excited!
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to participating this year. I haven't gone through my stash yet but I will soon just to make sure I will have enough variety.
ReplyDeleteI can hardly wait for another Bonnie mystery! I look forward to it every year! :) Will be fun to sew along with you again too!
ReplyDeleteI did see it and guess what. I think I am in need of more fabrics. It will be my first mistery with Bonnie. Hugs
ReplyDeletejust popped over to see what it was al about, sound sway beyond me at the moment and would have to go and buy 10 metres of fabric which the purse will not allow!! Will enjoy following your journey without the aggro of trying to do it myself!
ReplyDeleteYEP, I'll be sewing along with all the Quiltville-ians again this year. Gotta find thos ecolor cards in Town today. Benjamin Moore ones didn't even come close to the shades Bonnie showed. Thinking of swapping out the Orange and Yellow! Not many of those in my STASH...
