I know I should be working on my February UFO project, and that would be fun too, but I really want to finish my Dr. Seuss quilt. It has been calling out for attention and my quilting design ideas are all ready to go in my mind, so I'm itching to get at it. It is now pin basted and the Cat in the Hat has chosen the thread. And all I need is some time to quilt!
Would your cat mind coming over and choosing thread for my projects, too? I'm struggling with that. Don't like the variegated I used on my last project. : )
Hi there, I've awarded your blog the Kreativ Blogger award. It's just a bit of fun, and entirely optional, but if you would like to pass it on then see my blog for what to do. best wishes,Sharon
great blog. And, yes, I do love your Cat in the Hat. Hum, where are Thing 1 and Thing 2?
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what you do. By the way, do you also work full time??? just curious as you seem to get so much done!
Awwwwwww, that is so cute!!! A Cat in the Hat thread holder
ReplyDeleteHe can be very helpful sometimes! Glad you're making such fast work of this newer quilt so IT doesn't become a UFO :)

ReplyDeleteI love your little helper! It is going to be such a fun quilt when done.
ReplyDeleteI think you are doing the right thing. I need to quilt but my batik strips were calling my name so they got all the attention today.
