I'm not ...I never cut all the fabric in one go. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad idea to be honest. It's true that if I decide I dont like the quilt I can quit and haven't wasted a pile of fabric. However if I've cut up a whole quilt I'm more likely to finish it whether I like it or not as I won't want to waste the fabric.
