Works SLICK!!! GONE are the days when I hand whip-stitched the pieces together. ugh!

And----GOOD FOR YOU!!!!! A UFO close to a finish :0)Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02045429847824522054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34488264.post-14623159401132506822010-04-11T19:31:47.806-04:002010-04-11T19:31:47.806-04:00How fun to find a quilt almost finished and ready ...How fun to find a quilt almost finished and ready to go. I often piece batting scraps together on my machine, using either a zig zag or S shaped stitch, I've never had any problems. I'm sure the quilting will help hold it all down. Enjoy your golf -- I hope it isn't so interesting that you can't get some sewing done.scraphappyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01472985095648633397noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34488264.post-35378908754224550932010-04-11T19:23:52.020-04:002010-04-11T19:23:52.020-04:00love the colors of the quilt-how great that it did...love the colors of the quilt-how great that it didn't take much time for use to finish and you got to use up the scrap battings, I agree it should be fine. I usually sew batting together with a loose machine zigzag.Dianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00575475759307565778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34488264.post-38313710412154658562010-04-11T18:56:08.894-04:002010-04-11T18:56:08.894-04:00I've always stitched the batting pieces togeth...I've always stitched the batting pieces together too. If you happen to catch the edges with your quilting so nothing can shift, the positioning of them should work great. Have fun quilting! :-)Sandie @ crazy'boutquiltshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00080509376985361545noreply@blogger.com
