Another suggestion from the peanut gallery: on the long rectangular blocks, add one four patch in green. Then place these logs with a four patch at either a beginning or end of said log randomly with either a star or a improve large square next to or above or below the log. Just having the four patches scattered will create interest, less is more. You do not want them to overwhelm the rest of the quilt? Your blocks looks good.Maggiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09640003667513907210noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34488264.post-64341690588879996552021-04-21T09:03:32.566-04:002021-04-21T09:03:32.566-04:00Can you frame the green 4 patches around a pinwhee...Can you frame the green 4 patches around a pinwheel block like a medallion?
Pat
MissPathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06807348837446241284noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34488264.post-33120164470099137422021-04-21T08:16:02.758-04:002021-04-21T08:16:02.758-04:00A very modern looking quilt and a great way to use...A very modern looking quilt and a great way to use up the scraps.
