A couple more blocks have been created to add to my 4.5" Blockheads collection.
A traditional bow tie is still one of my favourite blocks, and this version is called Sharply Dressed. It is posted as an "bonus block".
And here are all my Blockheads on the design wall. I have block 15 and 16 to finish and I'll be caught up!

Your blue blocks are so pretty! And it reminds me that I have a set of blue blocks of my own just waiting to become a top someday.
ReplyDeleteYou have an amazing range of blue fabrics. Makes me think of porcelain. Really lovely!

I like the array of blues!
ReplyDeleteThe Blues are so calming! Way to keep up with the SAL. I'm still making alternate Blocks for the RBD Block Challenge.
ReplyDeleteIt took me a few seconds to get the connection between "bowties" and "sharply dressed" but absolutely fitting :-)
ReplyDeleteNot very much blue in my fabric stash, I'd be very hard pressed to come up with enough blocks in that color! Yours are very pretty.
ReplyDeleteI have been looking at a lot of photos of buildings in Portugal with blue and white tiles. Your blocks have a very similar feel and I really like them. You have found a great range of different shades which keeps things interesting.
ReplyDeleteExcellent job. Loving all the blues!
ReplyDeleteWow! This going to be a stunning quilt!
