The Circa 2016 blocks were easy this week. These are called Yankee Puzzle, but look like an hourglass block. They don't have a good centre seam join, but after yesterday's block fiasco, I decided to call it "good enough" and move on!To see what we're sewing this week, hop over to Temecula.
so many of the blocks seem to go by several names don't they - I thought that was the hour glass block also.

ReplyDeleteSometimes 'done' is just fine. They look fine to me. I bet no one will notice, other than you. We are always hardest on ourselves.

ReplyDeleteYEP, Done is better than perfect! I'm languishing behind again this week. Too many Flimsy's screaming to be quilted at my house. Fair and Quilt Show coming up way too quick!
