This month's goal is the same as last month's goal.
In retrospect I was a bit overambitious in March, which I didn't realize until I remembered that I couldn't quilt blocks that weren't even sewn yet! HA! Turns out I was missing one of the blocks!
So this month my goal will be to piece the last Swoon block, and machine quilt blocks #8 and #9.
Then the blocks will be ready for the hand stitching to join them together using the quilt-as-you-go technique. I won't make that step part of my April UFO goals since it will take much longer than a month.

This looks like a good doable goal Kathy!
ReplyDeleteSmaller easier goals are more attainable. This is going to a lovely quilt when finished.
ReplyDeleteSo you do not finish these in the potholder fashion, I gather. I have never attempted a QAYG quilt, but I see on blogs that there is more than one option for putting them together.
ReplyDeleteThis will be gorgeous--you hand stitch QAYGo? I have never done it that way....sounds like a fun project...hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteGood luck with that last swoon block.
ReplyDeleteGood goal! The next step for Tango is going to be an easy one, so hopefully you won't get overwhelmed this month.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your goal. Hopefully, you've already made lots of progress.
