So after the dismal failure of September's lack of UFO progress, I am reluctantly saying I will finish this darn old quilt this month. Hmmm... really?
Am I going to work on it this month?
Yes, because I couldn't possibly humiliate myself two months in a row!
It will be done and done by Halloween!

the new batik mystery by Bea is so fun! I have finished last week's step, which was to sew 32 square in a square blocks.
When you trim those dog ears, look at the yummy confetti bits left on the cutting board.
I put them in a cute little jar and call them "quilter's jelly"!
Caution... do not put on toast and attempt to eat.

That quilter's jelly might be good for you....if you need to increase the amount of fiber in your diet!

ReplyDeleteI do have a jar of that too but never thought of it as quilter' jelly. I love it! And it is SO easy to make!! Good luck with the UFO and NEWFO.
