Design Wall Monday #25 - Sweet Treats

Sweet Treats is still on my design wall! I have been busy with other projects  and making progress on some hand applique, and my civil war blocks (so close to finishing!).
But perhaps I have been stalling because I like seeing it on the design wall so much!
Since I posted it two weeks ago,  I have managed to add one more row of sashing and cornerstones, and one more row of blocks. I have the next row of blocks on the design wall and am trimming up more cornerstones. I just love how it's coming together and have an idea for making it a little bigger.
Hop over to Patchwork Times to see more design wall posts!

  3. You have to keep it on your wall and continue showing it on the weekly Design Wall posts! That way, it'll be a reminder to me that I HAVE to add it to my bucket list :)

  6. I put my Civil War Blocks up on my wall to remind me to make a few this month. You inspired me and Judy L chose that UFO for July. Sweet Treats is very cheerful.

  16. looking good.
I forgot to tell you yesterday that when you do applique, yes, sometimes you will have a wad of fabric that you have to deal with when doing applique. You really can do needle turn applique with a hoop. It would really get in your way. I never wear a thimble either. gets in my way.
thanks for stopping by during the RWB block hop. good luck in my giveaway.
