Scrappy Saturday

There is only one more Saturday in August to finish up with my white scraps for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge. I am almost finished the quilting on the baby quilts and am loving them! I am quilting pink loops on the pink bricks and white loops on the white squares...very fun!
I also made 4 more 36 patch blocks for the quilt along. It has been great fun looking in my scrap bags for floral strips to go with my white scraps.
It seems that this month I got completely distracted with my white projects and haven't spent as much time as I should have working on my August UFO
Hop over to SoScrappy to see what other quilters are making with their white scraps!

  4. Love your 36 patch blocks. Pretty quliting on the baby quilts too. Even if you didn't get to the August UFO, at lesat the baby quilts won't get added to the list. That has to count for something.

My August UFO remains unsandwiched so you are further along than I. Gotta get to it..

    Have a great weekend!

  7. I am loving those 36 patch blocks. It is soooooo tempting. But I don't dare add anything else to my much to long works in progress list. Or at least, not until I finish some of them. LOL! Sometime in this lifetime.

  8. Super fun quilting on the pink baby quilt! I am amazed at the work you do on your DSM. Those 36 patches are looking pretty happy as well. Even if you haven't worked on your UFO you HAVE gotten lots done.

  12. I like your quilting.
I've put my 36-patch blocks aside for a couple days. Then after I work on something else, I can treat myself with the absolute joy of making those blocks. I LOVE making them. Yours look great with that crisp white.

36-patches :\ Mine have hit "stall-mode." Wonderful progress on yours; any idea how many you will be making?
